Stuart Marshall Blum

July 19, 1957 — April 28, 2023

Stuart Marshall Blum, age 65, of Janesville, WI passed away on April 28, 2023 at Harbor Haven Health and Rehabilitation, Fond du Lac, WI. He was born on July 19, 1957 in Janesville, the son of Fredrick and Helen (Meyers) Blum.

Stuart grew up in Janesville and graduated from Parker High School in 1975. He served in the U.S. Army from July 15, 1975 to February 11, 1977. He was employed by Beloit Corporation until it closed.


Stuart was a skilled carpenter. He was an avid sports fan, especially enjoying baseball. He loved to read and will be remembered as being very smart and for his dry sense of humor.


Stuart is survived by his siblings, Scott Blum, Bart (Lydia) Blum, Beth Blum and Lynn Munger; his step-mother, Carolyn Hanson Blum; his step-brothers, Rick (Patty) Hanson, Rod (Barb) Hanson, Ron (Linda) Hanson, Bob Hanson; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. His parents preceded him in death.


Burial services, including military rites will be at Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Union Grove, WI at 11 a.m., Friday, June 2, 2023. The Blum family is being assisted by HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY. Online condolences may be sent to www.henkeclarson.com
