Lynn M. Gibson

Lynn Marie Gibson, age 70, of Janesville died December 17, 2020 at Mercy Hospital & Trauma Center. Lynn was born on August 15, 1950 in Janesville the daughter of Edson and Mary Ann (Scott) Gibson. She graduated from Parker High School and was employed by De Vere Chemical Company for many years before her health failed. She had been a resident of Rock Haven Nursing Home for the past 5 years. Lynn loved playing cards and boardgames with her nieces, nephews, and friends. She enjoyed many years of membership in the La Prairie Grange. She loved Elvis Presley, elephants and loved to share that love with everyone. Lynn was preceded in death by her parents, Ed (Helen) Gibson and Mary Ann (Donald) Dobson; sister, Donna Honeysett; and nephew, Thomas Yeadon. Surviving are her sister, Kay Teubert; brother, Richard (Candy) Spencer-Dobson; brother-in-law, Craig Honeysett; nieces and nephews, Rachel (Josh) Heussner, Jon (Beth) Yeadon, Tim (Michelle) Teubert, Tami (Wayne) Wollslair, Wade (Tonja) Honeysett, Megan (Mark) Quinlin and Keena Spencer-Dobson. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. on Monday, May 10, 2021 at Emerald Grove Cemetery. Rev. Mike Ligman of Emerald Grove Congregational UCC Church will officiate.
