Keith A. Boyer

Keith A. “KB” Boyer, age 68, of Janesville passed away at his home on Friday, August 14, 2020. He was born on October 14, 1951 in Fort Atkinson, the son of Charles and Betty (Jackson) Boyer. He graduated from Whitewater High School in 1970.

KB was employed for 25 years by Fairbanks-Morse and retired from DM Manufacturing, both of Beloit.

KB was a very hard-working man who could fix anything. He enjoyed hunting, going out to eat and going for rides to enjoy the sights.

Surviving are his significant other of over 20 years, Deloris “Dee” Bierman; two children, Carolyn (Doug) Wolfe and Michael Boyer; five grandchildren, Logan Close, Kaela Wolfe, Kyle Wolfe, Andrew Sletten, and Nathalie Swart; Dee’s children, Heath (Kelly) Bierman and Steve (Tanya) Bierman; Dee’s grandchildren, Carlye, Dalton and Jadyn Bierman; one brother, David (Sunny) Boyer; three sisters, Karen Boyer, Rita (Steve) Goutcher and Brenda Transue as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

KB was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, Ryan Boyer and Duane Boyer; and Dee’s mom, Irma Schmidt, who KB was very close to.

A special thank you to KB’s many care givers at Mercy Health System who cared for him through the years.

Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, August 21, 2020 at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME, 1010 N. Wright Rd., Janesville with burial to follow in the Hillside Cemetery, Whitewater. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
