Jeffrey G. Hanson

Jeffrey G. Hanson of Janesville, WI passed away at Mercy Hospital on August 18, 2024. He was age 70. He was born in Janesville on July 19, 1954, the son of Gordon and Beatrice Hanson. He grew up in Janesville and graduated from Parker High School in 1972. He received a degree in finance from UW-Whitewater.


Jeffrey married Patricia Magosky on December 5, 1981. She preceded him in death in 2001. He is survived by his mother; Bea Hanson; daughters, Jodi (Jim) Kozol, and Heather (Vic) Cram; grandchildren, Elizabeth (J J) Waldron, Karen Kozol, Andrew Kozol, Leda Cram, and Connor Cram; great-grandchildren, Ava Waldron and Owen Waldron; brothers, David (Marj) Hanson, and Brian (Kris) Hanson; nieces and nephews. In addition to his wife, Patricia, he was preceded in death by his father, Gordon Hanson.


A memorial service will be held at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at HENKE-CLARSON FUNEAL HOME, 1010 N. Wright Road, Janesville. Rev. Michael Mueller will officiate. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, August 21, 2024, at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME.
