Gary J. Roetering

Gary Joseph Roetering, age 67 of Janesville, Wis., passed away on October 8, 2023, at Meriter Hospital, Madison. He was born on July 13, 1956, in Carlyle, Ill. He was the son of Eugene and Lila (Briske) Roetering.

Gary was a U.S. Navy veteran. He was formerly employed as a security guard by The Cove of Lake Geneva, and later was employed by Diamond Assets Computer Parts.

Gary was a very handy person who especially enjoyed working on cars.

Gary is survived by his fiancée, Sharon Souliotis, and her brothers, Robert Souliotis and David Souliotis. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother.

Funeral services are at 2 p.m. Wednesday, October 18, 2023, at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME, 1010 N. Wright Road, Janesville. Visitation will be at HENKE-CLARSON FUNERAL HOME from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 18th.
