Diane G. Brinkman

Diane G. Brinkman, age 76, of Janesville, WI passed away February 8, 2019 at her home. Diane was born on July 11, 1942 in Lancaster, PA, the daughter of Marvin C. and Anna Ruth (Whitmore) Goodman. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy. Diane was formerly employed and retired from Courage Center in Minneapolis, MN where she worked with homebound residents to help them improve their skills so they could maintain their independence. She moved to Janesville in 2012 to be near her daughter who resided in Janesville. Diane was an avid gardener and enjoyed sewing, crafts, music and reading. Surviving are three daughters, Lisa Marie (Andrew) Sinanan of Trinidad, West Indies, Cheryl Anne (Michael Reiss) Brinkman of New York City, NY, Amanda Rose (Amos) Sookraj of Janesville, WI, five grandchildren, Hannah, Andrew Brinkman “AB”, Dieudonne “DD”, Noah and Jonah. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Marvin “Toby” Goodman, who she joins now in heaven with her Lord and Savior. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 at Henke-Clarson Funeral Home, Janesville. Visitation will be from 2 to 3 p.m. with services from 3 to 4 p.m.
