Craig August Wiemeri

Craig August Wiemeri of Janesville, WI passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at home after a valiant 2 year battle with cancer. Craig was born in Pittsburgh, PA on June 24, 1970 and at 8 weeks old he became the adopted son of John and Karen Wiemeri.

Craig lived his life as a compassionate and caring person, always putting others before himself. As an insurance agent he was very knowledgeable and had his client’s best interests at heart.

Craig was an avid collector of many things beginning at a young age and continuing into adulthood, some of which were cars, BMX Bikes, guitars, art and slot cars to name a few. Wherever his endeavors led him, he gained friends that he kept to this day.

Craig is survived by his mother, Karen; his son, Evan; Evan’s mother Julie Dewitt; aunts and uncles and countless other relatives and exceptionally close friends. He was predeceased by his father John; close friend John Henning; paternal grandparents; Gust and Alice Wiemeri; maternal grandparents, Gilbert and June-Alice Krueger.
