Catherine E. Henze

Catherine Elizabeth Henze, age 87 of Janesville, passed away at Mercy Hospital & Trauma Center on March 30, 2024. She was born in Janesville on August 3, 1936, the daughter of William and Hattie (Austin) Gliech.

Catherine was a life-long Janesville area resident. She married Robert Henze who preceded her in death in May of 2019.

Catherine was formerly employed by Borg’s and later by the Boston Store.

Catherine is survived by two children, Kelly Henze and Bobbi Henze; four grandchildren, Kellen Henze and Klifford Henze, Zac Barbieur and Jake Barbieur; two great-grandchildren; brother, Warren Burgett; sisters, Donna Pregont and Carol Williams. In addition to her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by two children, Jeff Henze and Terri Henze; and a sister, Hattie Feirn.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
